A ONE DAY introduction to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standard which explains clearly how to plan, develop and maintain a QMS, focusing on the process approach to product and service improvement to ensure that you constantly meet customer needs and expectations, now and in the future.

This course will also consider the integration of ISO 9001 with other management system standards.
