This TWO day course provides the skills and understanding of auditing techniques needed to plan, conduct and report on internal audits of quality management systems (QMS).

The course is aimed towards managers who are involved in maintaining and auditing of quality management systems, and practicing health, safety and enviornmental auditors wishing to audit quality management systems.

• Planning and setting audit objectives

• Nonconformity, corrective action and follow-up
• Auditor qualifications

The tutor will use a combination of formal presentation, practical workshops and case studies to provide a lively and informative training experience.
